Jury selection in the child pornography case against Grammy-winning R&B singer R. Kelly is scheduled to begin on Friday, according to the Associated Press. But Kelly’s attorneys have filed a motion to delay the trial yet again. “The R. Miley Cyrus apologized this week for posing topless, wrapped in a sheet, for Vanity Fair. “I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic,’” said the 15-year-old singer, “and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed.” She said celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz talked her into the risqué images. “That’s what she wanted me to do, and you can’t say no to Annie.” Vanity Fair said Cyrus and her parents approved the pictures in advance. Cyrus, the star of Disney’s billion-dollar Hannah Montana franchise, also apologized for “silly, inappropriate shots” that appeared on the Internet last week of her flashing her bra for her boyfriend.
